CUNNINGHAM SIGNS WITH SOUTHWEST |
| Casey Cunningham of
Bartlett High School has signed a letter of intent to play baseball at
Southwest Tennessee Community College, announced Southwest head coach
Doug Darnall today. Cunningham, a lefthanded pitcher and first baseman,
posted a 5-3 record with a 2.47 earned run average this spring for
Panthers' coach Rodney Patterson. He struck out 52 batters and walked
only 19 in 62-1/3 innings of work, and also batted .323 with 12 doubles,
1 home run, and 17 runs batted in. |
