CHEERLEADING TRYOUT RESULTS ARE IN, SECOND TRYOUT ON OCTOBER 5
The results for the 2005-2006 Southwest Tennessee Community College
cheerleading team are in. Student activities would like to thank all those
who participated and helped with the event.
There will be a second tryout on Wednesday, October 5 at 4 p.m. in Room
B-106 on the Union Avenue Campus. This tryout will be for those who
were unable to attend the first tryout.
All contestants will be responsible for choreographing their own cheer and
dance routine. One cheer or chant will be needed and one dance. The dance
must be at least 30 seconds in length however it must not exceed 65 seconds.
Movements must be tasteful and non-offensive. Music must not contain vulgar
or obscene language.
Contestants will be interviewed by a panel of judges
before auditions and are required to wear business attire for the interview.
