SOUTHWEST HOSTS
SOFTBALL PLAY DAY
This weekend, the Southwest softball team will host the 2nd Annual Lady
Saluqis Play Day at the Appling Complex in Bartlett. Seven colleges will
participate in the event, which begins on Friday, October 7 when Southwest
takes on Crowley’s Ridge College at 3:30 p.m. The Lady Saluqis will also
play Lambuth University on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
On Saturday, October 8, Southwest will play three games, all against
four-year colleges. At 10 a.m., the Lady Saluqis will play Williams Baptist
College, followed by games at 2 p.m. against Bethel College and 6 p.m.
against Lambuth.
