SOUTHWEST SOFTBALL TEAM LOSES TO NORTHWEST-SHOALS
The Southwest softball team was defeated by Northwest-Shoals in both games
of a doubleheader last Tuesday at the Appling Complex.
The Lady Saluqis lost 10-2 in the first game, despite outstanding games by
Tiffany Bright, who went 3 for 4 with two runs batted; and Ginny Galloway,
who had two hits. Southwest lost by a score of 13-0 in the second game,
dropping its record to 5-22 on the season. |
