ball to go along with his fastball and change-up. Ivan has unlimited and
untapped potential. His fastball is consistently in the upper 80’s."

played for coach David Hogue at Horn Lake (MS) High School, where he was a
four-year letterman. As a senior, had a 1-4 record with two saves, a 3.11
earned run average, and struck out 36 batters in 35-1/3 innings of work. As
a hitter, Nails batted .356 with 18 runs batted in and 11 stolen bases.
