SIGNED WITH SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY DURING THE EARLY SIGNING PERIOD
2005: Crenshaw appeared in nine games as a freshman, including three
starts. He struck out 11 batters in 12 innings of work.
High School: Crenshaw played for Coach Joey Nesbit at Germantown High
School. He compiled a 2-1 record with four saves his senior year and led
the Red Devils to a 29-15 record and the Class AAA Sub-State. Crenshaw was
selected to play in the City vs. County All-Star Game following his senior
season.
Summer Ball: Crenshaw played for the Memphis Tigers in the Connie Mack
League, coached by Chris Marable.
Personal: Born March 19, 1986, in Memphis, Crenshaw is the son of
Chenile Crenshaw and Gregory Crenshaw. Uncle Reggie Williams is a former
player with the Los Angeles Dodgers.
