2007: Carver appeared in 15 games as a freshman, including six
starts. He had a 0-4 record, 6.89 earned run average, a team-leading two
saves and struck out 36 batters in 48-1/3 innings of work. His top game was
against Itawamba when he struck out a season-high six batters in 8-1/3
innings.
High School: Carver played four years for Coach Zach Kerr at Millington
Central High School.
Personal: Born December 17, 1987, in Memphis, Carver is the son of
Ricky and Linda Carver.
