BILLY RAY TODD


Position:  Outfield

High School:   Bartlett




2007:  Todd started 57 games as a freshman and the Saluqis’ leadoff hitter in 54 of those games.  He batted .332 and led the team with 208 at-bats, 40 runs scored, and 69 hits.  In addition, Todd was second on the team with 10 doubles and 30 walks.  He led the team with 22 multiple hit games, seven three-hit games, and had a 10-game hitting streak.

High School:  Todd played for Coach Phil Clark at Bartlett High School.  His senior year, Todd led the Panthers to a 33-13 record, the District 14AAA and Region 7AAA championships and runner-up in the Class AAA state tournament.  He batted .375 as a senior and was named all-district, all-region, and all-metro.  As a junior, Todd was Most Valuable Player of the High School Challenge at USA Stadium.

Personal:  Born November 23, 1987, in Memphis, Todd is the son of Barry and Donna Todd.
