Shundra King's Journal
Friday
We arrived in Nashville between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. We arrived at the
motel at about 7:00 p.m. and all of us chilled in our rooms until about 8
p.m., when we went to the mall for a scavenger hunt. In my group was
Shundra, Tamara, Nicole, and Lyisha. We didn't win. After we
left the mall, we went back to the motel where we ate and then played games.
I think the game was called Celebrity Cheeleaders. My team won, which
included Shundra, Tierreney, Tamara, Chaundrea, and Felicia. Did I
mention that we played with candy? Then everyone was off to sleep.
Saturday
Everyone woke up at about 7:00 a.m. We left the motel at 8:00 a.m. on
our way to a dance workshop which was presented by members of the Tennessee
Titans Cheerleaders. Our first session was from 10:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
and our second session was from 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. After the workshop
went back to the motel to freshen up and get ready to enjoy the night.
We went downtown to a restaurant called Demos's. The food was so good!
While eating, we had a surprise guest - Eddie George! He's very good
looking! After taking pictures, we walked around downtown, enjoying
the night.
Sunday
We checked out of the
motel and arrived at church around 11:45 a.m. After we left church we
went to Jersey Mike's to eat and afterwards we went to the mall and then
back to Memphis.
