Buckley, Devon 64 170 - Raleigh-Egypt High School |
Cosby,
Christopher 60 150 - Southside High School Quick aggressive, relentless and poised point guard. Really has improved in all areas of his game. Will play a lot this season and should be one key factor in the success of the Saluqis. Will graduate this spring. |
Cosby, Howard 62 170 - Southside High School the older brother of Chris Cosby. Finally decided to come to school. Great speed, quickness and jumping ability. Will be heard from this season!! |
Evans, William 60 150 - Collierville High School Has worked really hard this summer and developed into a good all-around player, although shooting is his real strength. William plays a lot as he gets good experience playing on last seasons national tournament team. |
Johnson, Bruce 67 210 - Conway (AR) High School Averaged 15 points, 9 rebounds and 3 blocks as a senior. Has post-up ability but he can also go outside and hit the medium range shot. |
Moody, Wayne 64 - 175 - Overton High School Long arms, fine defender and all-around good player./ Picked up valuable experience last season and worked awfully hard on the court and in the weight-room this summer. He will be a key player for us. Will graduate this spring and is a deans list student. |
Johnson, Terence 610 220 - Hillcrest High School Has been away from the game a year or so and was burdened with a broken leg. Have the tools to be a good player. Patience is the key for Terrence. |
Ray, Marklus 69 230 - Hillcrest High School A big strong young man with unlimited potential. Can block shots, rebound and has a soft shooting touch. Has only played two years of organization basketball so his future is really bright!!! If we are to go far, he has to play big. |
McComb, Curtis 67 190 - Northside High School Curtis is a worker. He rebounds, defends, runs and will do what it takes for this tem to win. He will contribute this season. |
Walls, Marlon 510 170 - Melrose High School As the starting point guard last season Marlon averaged 10 points and 5 assists. He should do better with those numbers and should be a more mature floor leader. Tremendous speed and quickness. Should be a defensive standout with his quickness and anticipation.
Plant, Jason 68.5 210 - McCellan High School Averaged 15 points, 12 rebounds and 5 blocks on a state championship team. Fundamentally sound, just need to adjust to a new system. |
