“Very strong and tenacious on the court, Jeremy adds toughness,
aggressiveness, and rebounding to our team. He played on a great
Fairley High School team and has a winning background, which is this
program’s objective.”
High School: Rodgers played for Coach Sylvester Ford at
Fairley High School in Memphis. As a senior, he averaged 17.3 points
and 12.2 rebounds per game and led the Bulldogs to the Class AAA
city championship. His best game of the season was against Northside
when Rodgers scored 38 points and grabbed 23 rebounds.
Personal: Born October 17, 1986, in Memphis, Rodgers is the
son of Rosita and Jerry Rodgers. |
