Armory Sanders - Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach

Memphis native and Bartlett High School graduate Amory Sanders is in his first season as assistant coach for the Saluqis. A four-year letterman at Bartlett, Sanders was named Commercial Appeal Best of the Preps, McDonald’s All-American nominee, and played on the Panthers’ 1996-97 team that was ranked 17th nationally.  He went on to play two years at Three Rivers Community College in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, where he was named All-Conference, All-Region and Freshman of the Year. Sanders then transferred to NCAA Division 1 Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, where he played two seasons and graduated in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management. While at SEMO, Sanders helped lead his team to the 2001 conference championship and an NCAA tournament bid as a 13th seed.

He began his coaching career as assistant varsity coach at Briarcrest Christian School (2007-2015) and has also served as assistant varsity coach/head JV coach at Collierville High School (2015-2018), head coach for M33M Elite Team (2015) and assistant coach M33M Elite (2016).
