Fall Season:
Adams started at first base during the Lady Saluqis' fall season, and led
the team with 122 putouts and in fielding with a .985 average.
High School: Adams came to Southwest
from Bolton High School, where she lettered four years in softball for coach
Pam Parker. As a senior, Adams led the Lady Wildcats to the Region
7AAA championship and a berth in the Class AAA state tournament for the
third time in four years. She led the team with 273 putouts at first
base and posted a .969 fielding average. At the plate, Adams
batted .208 and was one of the team leaders with 17 runs batted in. An
excellent student, she was named to Who's Who in Sports and Academics and
also played on Bolton's basketball team.
Personal: Born November 12, 1984, in
Memphis, Adams is the daughter of Mike and Loyce Adams.
