Fall Season:
  Bright started at catcher and third base for the Lady Saluqis during the fall.  She batted was second on the team with a  .366 batting average, led the team in runs batted in, and was second in total bases, slugging average (.415), and on-base average (.458).

High School:  Bright played four years for coach Tom Isaac at Bartlett High School.   As a senior, Bright was selected to The Commercial Appeal's Best of the Preps Team and is also a two-time All-District 14AAA selection.   One of the team's top hitters throughout her high school career, Bright was named the  Lady Panthers' Offensive Player of the Year in both her junior and senior seasons.  As a senior, she batted .354 and led the team with a 1.000 fielding average.  Her junior year, Bright batted .351 and led Bartlett to a 21-14 record, the District 14AAA runnerup, Region 7AAA championship, and a fifth-place finish in the Class AAA state tournament.  

Personal:  Born June 15, 1985, in Memphis, Bright is the daughter of Debbie and Wayne Bright.
