Ginny Galloway

2004 Fall Season:
Galloway played in 26 games, including 23 starts in left field. She
batted .167 with five runs batted in and scored six runs. Galloway is
scheduled to graduate in May, 2005, with an Associate of Arts degree in
General Studies.
2004 Spring Season: Galloway played in 40 games as a freshman,
batting .250 with six RBI. She was also among the team leaders with 11
walks and a .340 on-base average.
2003 Fall Season:
Galloway started in both left field and right field for the Lady Saluqis
during the fall, and was one of the team's top fielders, committing only one
error in 17 games.
High School: Galloway, a second-year
student at Southwest, played three years of softball for Coach Chad Becker
at Houston High School. In both her freshman and junior years, she
played on Houston's Class AAA state tournament teams. An all-around
athlete, Galloway played soccer all four years of high school, and also
competed on Houston's golf, basketball, and swimming teams. Her
Fury 83 club soccer team won the Tennessee state championship in both 1999
and 2000. Galloway also a member of DECA, finishing 5th in the state
competition, and the Business Professionals of America, earning 5th place
nationally.
Personal: Born July 10, 1983, in Memphis, Galloway is the daughter
of Craig and Frances Galloway.
