2004 Fall Season: 
  Smith played in 22 games, batting .304 and leading the team with a .467 on-base average.  She was also 6 for 6 in stolen bases, and had a fielding average of .941. 
Smith carried a perfect 4.0 grade point average for the fall semester, and is a member of the Lady Saluqis’ 3.0 Club.

High School:
  Smith played at Horn Lake (MS) High School under coach Dennis Perryman, where she lettered on the varsity team for six years, and was named All-Chickasaw Conference for three years.  Smith received Horn Lake’s “Golden Glove” award in both her junior and senior seasons, the Coaches Award her sophomore year, and Most Improved her freshman year.  She was also a national nominee for the Wendy’s High School Heisman award, received the U.S. Army Reserves Scholar/Athlete Award, and was a nominee for the Lindy Callahan Scholar Athlete.  Smith was an honor graduate of Horn Lake with a 3.6 grade point average, graduating 23rd out of 264 in her class.  She played summer ball for the D.C. Storm, coached by Glenn Boylan.

Personal:  Born August 19, 1986, in Memphis, Smith is the daughter of Renee and Tracy Smith.
