LINDSEY McGOFF
Position: Third Base/First Base
Height: 5'6"
Class: Sophomore
Hometown: Bartlett, TN
High School: St. Benedict
2007:
McGoff was
red-shirted.
2006: McGoff started all 56 games including 47 at third base
and nine at first base. She batted .250 with six doubles and 16
runs batted in and was third on the team with 66 assists. McGoff
had nine multiple hit games during the season including three hits
against Crowley’s Ridge.
High School: McGoff played first base for Coach Christy Bingham
at St. Benedict at Auburndale, where she played on four region
championship and state tournament teams. As a senior, McGoff helped
lead St. Benedict to a 45-8 record and third place in the Division
II state tournament. Her junior year, St. Benedict went 34-10 and
finished as the state runner-up.
Personal: Born July 16, 1986, in Memphis, McGoff is the
daughter of Cheryl and Fred McGoff.
