2017-18: Foote played her freshman year at McCook Community College in McCook, Nebraska, where she played in 30 games and led the team in scoring with a 14.5 average. Foote scored in double figures in 22 games including a season-high 40 points against North Platte. She also had season highs with 9 rebounds (vs. Southeast), 5 assists (vs. Trinidad State), and 6 steals (vs. Laramie County).

High School:
Foote played four years at Central Gwinnett High School in Lawrenceville, Georgia, where she was a teammate of current Lady Saluqi Nyla Murray. As a senior, Foote averaged 11.3 points, 4.7 rebounds and 6.2 assists per game and was named All-Region 7-7A.
