2017-18: Curry played her freshman year at Walters State Community College, where she averaged 5.9 points and 3.7 rebounds for the TCCAA champions. Curry had high games of 14 points (vs. Cleveland State), 9 rebounds (vs. Columbia State), 4 assists (vs. Columbia State), and 4 steals (vs. Columbia State).

High School: Curry played four years at Southside High School in Jackson, Tennessee, where she helped lead her team to a 27-1 record and the District 14AA, Region 7AA and Class AA sectional championships and the state quarterfinals as a senior. Curry averaged 9.9 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.7 steals per game and was selected to play for the West Team in the BCAT/TACA All-Star Game. In her career, Curry scored 952 points and grabbed 663 rebounds in 108 games.
